摘要

从油田污水中分离出一株嗜热脱硫菌株T1,并对其进行鉴定和生物脱硫特性研究。该菌为革兰氏阳性菌,兼性厌氧。生理生化特性和16S rRNA基因鉴定其为地芽孢杆菌属(Geobacillus sp.)。菌株T1最适生长条件为:温度为70℃、pH为7、盐度为4%。对该菌的生物脱硫特性研究表明,在初始S2-质量浓度为67 mg/L条件下,菌株T1在30 h内可将硫化物完全去除,平均去除速率约为2.22 mg/(L·h)。该菌具有高效的生物脱硫特性,为高温污水生物脱硫工艺提供了一种微生物资源。

Abstract

A thermophilic desulfurization strain T1 is isolated from oilfield wastewater,and its characterization and biological desulfurization characteristics are studied.The strain is proved to be a Gram-positive and facultative anaerobic.According to its physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16S rRNA gene analysis,the strain is identified as Geobacillus sp.The most suitable growth conditions for strain T1 include temperature at 70℃,pH=7 and salinity at 4%.Study on the biological desulfurization characteristics of the strain shows that the sulfides can be completely removed by strain T1 within 30 hours with an average removal rate of about 2.22 mg/(L·h) when the initial S2- concentration is 67 mg·L-1.The strain exhibits a high efficiency of biological desulfurization and is a microbial resource for biological desulfurization process of high temperature sewage.
